Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, to onboarding.Sourcing & Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various non-tech roles, including marketing, finance, operations, HR, and sales.Stakeholder Management : Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates that align with the company's culture and goals.Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the client's employer brand.Performance Metrics : Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.Qualifications
Experience : 3-8 years of recruitment experience focused on Technical hiring for startups, consumer brands, or SaaS companies in India.Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the hiring landscape in non-tech sectors, including market trends, talent availability, and the unique challenges faced by startups.Required Skills
Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, LinkedIn, and job boards.Strong interviewing skills, with a keen eye for evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
