About the Role : We are seeking a
hands-on Lead
to spearhead our
Canada hiring practice , with a strong focus on
federal and provincial government clients . The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the
Canada staffing market , proven expertise in
federal account hiring , and the ability to manage and scale multiple strategic accounts. This is a leadership-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in client-focused delivery and is passionate about building a
specialized Canada practice .
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end recruitment for
federal, strategic consulting clients and provincial government clients in Canada.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with
federal compliance requirements
and account-specific needs.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering for Canada accounts.
Act as the
primary point of contact
for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and account growth.
Track market trends, government RFPs, and demand pipelines to stay ahead of hiring needs.
Drive aggressive growth in the Canada business segment by owning delivery accountability.
Qualifications & Skills :
5–8 years of hands-on experience
in recruitment, with at least
3+ years in Canada hiring .
Strong knowledge of
federal and provincial government client requirements
and compliance frameworks.
Proven success in managing
volume hiring and niche requirements
for both
government and consulting accounts .
Ability to handle
multiple high-demand accounts
simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience leading a team and driving account-focused delivery.
Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and sourcing platforms in the Canada market.
