Job Location : Pune (Hybrid)

Role : Global Data & Reporting(Success factor People Anayltics)

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Role Purpose :

The role will be responsible for design, create, changes of SuccessFactors Reports (All types – Table, Canvas, Dashboards and Story). The Role would also require understanding the data insights of HR Domain (All modules like T&A, EC, Talent & Succession, PD, RCM, OFB / ONB, People Analytics ) processes to cater to Business requirements and Dashboards requirement mapping.

• Experience in understanding business requirements for SF Reports, processing, consolidation, and distribution / Scheduling of data utilizing SuccessFactors Reporting Tool is a must.
• Must have a sound understanding of Success Factors HR Processes.
• Must have excellent skill set in formulating and consolidating large data sets in excel by utilizing the excel formulas.
• Must have experience is building RCM, T&A, PD and Annual reports utilizing HR SuccessFactors Data.
• Good to have working skillset for SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense.
• Must have working experience for building dashboards in any of the tools such as Success Factor Report center Story, Power Apps, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

with at least 3+ years in Success Factors Reporting module.
