Key Responsibilities :
- Global Field Marketing : Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to meet and exceed demand pipeline goals across target audiences, segments, and regions.
- Brand & Thought Leadership : Drive brand awareness and establish thought leadership across CXO communities and industries.
- Pipeline Growth : Grow pipeline momentum through programs such as industry events, webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Sales Collaboration : Partner with sales leadership for territory planning; act as an advocate for sales to marketing and vice versa to ensure alignment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with product solution marketing, content marketing, digital, creative, customer advocacy, and paid media teams to optimize the marketing mix and drive conversions.
- Campaign Communication : Communicate key campaigns and assets to internal stakeholders and 3rd parties; establish structured feedback loops to ensure successful campaign GTM.
- Analysis & Reporting : Conduct campaign analysis, review, and update quarterly and yearly goals; adjust strategies to meet pipeline targets.
- Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing marketing teams; foster a meritocratic and empowering culture.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy : Utilize market data and insights to develop strategies, plans, and budget allocation; drive organizational alignment.
- Partner Marketing : Leverage partner ecosystem for co-marketing opportunities and best practices.
- Technical Expertise : Oversee campaign management and technical administration using marketing automation tools.
Qualifications :
6-10 years of marketing experience in a SaaS-based organization.Proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and partner marketing.People management experience with high-performing teams.Knowledge of Indian markets and relationships with key vendors, agencies, and media.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive cross-functional collaboration.Skills Required
