Job Purpose :
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Lead – Marketing to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer in driving Embark Client marketing strategy across tenants, investors, and the overall corporate brand. The role is ideal for a marketing leader passionate about leveraging digital, data, and technology to transform brand experience, engagement, and communication at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Marketing
- Partner with the CMO to develop and execute Embark Client integrated marketing and brand strategy across occupier, investor, and corporate audiences.
- Drive consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and creative storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Build marketing frameworks that strengthen Embark Client leadership narrative as India’s most trusted real estate investment platform.
2. Digital & Technology-Led Brand Experience
Drive the digital transformation of marketing—across website, mobile apps, and digital engagement platforms for tenants and investors.Evaluate, pilot, and implement marketing technologies (MarTech) to enhance tenant engagement, including CRM, loyalty programs, analytics dashboards, and digital communication tools.Oversee Embark Client digital ecosystem—including corporate website, occupier app —ensuring best-inclass content, design, UX, and performance.Develop data-driven campaigns and insights dashboards to measure and optimize marketing ROI.3. Tenant & Investor Marketing
Conceptualize and deliver tenant engagement campaigns across Embark Client 50+ million sq. ft. portfolio, integrating experiences, communications, and community building.Support investor engagement marketing, investor education initiatives, and digital content strategy.Partner with internal teams (Leasing, Asset Management, Projects, Design, IR, Hospitality) to deliver tailored communication programs that drive business outcomes.4. Brand & Creative Excellence
Lead brand storytelling initiatives that elevate Embark Client corporate identity across parks, assets, and digital platforms.Manage agency partners across creative, media, and digital—ensuring impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.Drive creation of marketing collaterals, brand films, property showcases, photoshoots, microsites and corporate storytelling content.5. Revenue Generation & Brand Partnerships
Develop and execute a marketing monetization strategy through sponsorships, partnerships, and cobranded initiatives across Embark Client parks and events.Build and manage strategic brand alliances that enhance Embark Client ecosystem—partnering with leading consumer, tech, F&B, and wellness brands.Qualifications and Work Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / communications (MBA preferred)15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership / strategic rolesProven track record of building and scaling marketing functions, and delivering measurable outcomes (brand growth, customer acquisition, revenue etc.)Deep expertise in integrated marketing across both digital and traditional channelsStrong analytical mindset; comfort with analytics, KPIs, dashboards; able to translate data into actionExcellent communication & presentation skills; ability to influence at senior levels, and convey complex ideas simplyKnowledge, Skills and Competencies :
