What would you do - Domain experience in sales operations, sales enablement, sales excellence, or a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies - Expertise in managing end-to-end supply management related to product roadmap, demand & supply, rebate, inventory and handling daily customer issue. - Role includes working with cross Geo, Country, Territory, cross organization, and other internal stakeholders to drive an effective supply chain model. - Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply, gain visibility to customer data like sales strategies, market conditions, production plan, inventory, consumption, sales out data, competition and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration to help drive accurate demand signal and maximize business opportunities. Utilize and support continuous improvements for system, business process, tool and reports. Working with internal teams to ensure Customer Data is accurate, compliant and created in within SLA. - Primary responsible for business operation support to various Business Units. Working with various teams, e.g. field sales, BU category sales, cross Geo / Country / Territory organization and other internal stakeholders - Demand and supply management, thru long term demand forecast with product transition plan and supply guidance to the customers and collaboration. - Provide customer business analysis by gaining customer info / data visibility like sales strategies, market conditions, production planning, pipeline tracking, inventory / consumption status, sales out data, competition landscape and activities, etc. Provide product pricing support as part of meet competition strategy to win the business. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales operations team. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
