We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our Central Sales Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and strategic alignment across our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize CRM usage, automate sales processes, and deliver actionable insights that fuel revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and adapt centralized sales processes to maximize efficiency and improve customer experience
- Identify areas for productivity enhancement within sales and marketing functions
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of sales tools (dashboards, pipeline review tools, discovery frameworks, etc.)
- Define and manage KPIs, ensuring robust reporting that supports leadership decision-making
- Lead change management initiatives and support rollout of new tools, systems, and methodologies
- Govern Salesforce platform usage, ensuring process consistency and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, or Project ManagementProven success implementing sales enablement initiatives and process improvement strategiesStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce (governance, reporting, administration)Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data segmentation, visualization, and insight generationExperience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational executionPreferred Skills
