Specialist - Business Development And Strategy

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who understands healthcare data and can leverage the data to build algorithms to personalize treatments based on the clinical and behavioral history of patients. We are looking for a superstar who will define and build the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate with Healthcare SMEs to understand business and data requirements and translate into technical specifications for data loads / analytics and identify product gaps.
• Perform data discovery, analysis and profiling of source system data and perform logical mapping of source data into target data warehouse models, based on the existing business process and data / reporting requirements.
• Quantitatively analyze rich data from payers ( e.g claims, attribution, etc), providers, and other third party sources such as databases, csv s, XML s to uncover useful business insights and deliver through models, reports, visualizations, etc
• Handle incoming data, validate it to ensure usability, map it to platform specifications and perform verification on the same.
• Work towards creating easy-to-digest analytical reports for US healthcare customers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on how to best leverage data & analytics to inform better business decisions and operations
• Understand the decision-making process, workflows, and business and information needs of our analytic teams
• Understand Innovaccer data warehousing concepts and recommend best practices to collect / analyze / visualize data with technology solutions
• Proactively mine data warehouses to identify trends and patterns and generate insights for delivery teams and customers.
