Role Purpose
The role will be an integral catalyst in driving BCCL’s growth journey. The role holder would interact closely with mid and senior leadership to shape organic and inorganic strategy, drive internal transformation initiatives, and catalyze change over the short and medium term. Key responsibilities of the role would include,
Closely assist Head, Strategy and New Business to undertake and deliver on Growth Strategy and Internal business-critical initiatives.
Help drive high-quality results from external Consultants, as required. Ensure smooth Knowledge Transfer.
Track, and deliver “projects” – set up targets, key milestones, timelines, interim and final KPIs; ensure regular cadence of tracking for driving execution excellence. Projects will be cross-functional in nature.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake and deliver BCCL’s organic and Inorganic growth journey initiatives in the short-medium term.
Actively generate and evaluate India and International inorganic opportunities. Assist in M&A transactions & drive a robust Post Merger Integration (PMI) process.
Drive critical internal initiatives, set-up governance cadence, review mechanisms and staffing. Establish deadlines, KPIs to track progress and value delivered. Influence key stakeholders, across levels, to ensure success.
Supervise junior resources on analytical and communication skills

Knowledge / Skills & Experience Required
4-5 years of experience in Consumer & Retail – FMCG / FMEG / Retail with a Management Consulting and / or Transformation Office background.
Experience in driving growth and cost initiatives.
Strong communication and analytical / modelling skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.
High on Result Orientation, dealing with ambiguity skills
