About the Role :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles, including RNs, NPs, PAs, and administrative staff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
