We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our recruitment team as a Sr Healthcare Recruiter. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals, PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff.

About the Role :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods : job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track metrics and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
