Sr Healthcare Recruiter Job
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our recruitment team as a Sr Healthcare Recruiter. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals, PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff.
About the Role :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods : job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on role-specific requirements and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track metrics and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment (agency or in-house).Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.Benefits :
