POSITION Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant
LOCATION Offshore Remote –India (Must Live in India only no Outside candidate will be considered)
DURATION 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
- Strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans.
- Prior experience with India payroll and compensation practices.
- Ability to translate HR / Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
