We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant.

This role will support C&B in India and compensation globally.

Reporting into the Director, Total Rewards, this position partners closely with Global teams, including HR Business Partners, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, HRIS.

This person will also heavily collaborate with the local India teams to ensure successful design, delivery and communications of Compensation & Benefit for the Compensation & Benefits Enhance, implement & manage compliant country-specific benefit plans according to market practice, business objectives, and global best practice.

• Adhere to benefits budget when planning and administering program.
• Manage benefits services, including local brokers / advisors, escalations, vendor selection and management, technology, automation and continuous improvement of employee experience (via Service Successful execution of annual and compensation cycles, including merit, adjustments,

promotions, and bonus.
