Looking for candidates having the experience with Front end Customer interaction.
Must to have :
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- SQL Query handling
- Ticket handling
- 1 to 2 years application support experience
- Understanding customer issues and providing quick resolution via direct communication, mail, chat, phone etc.
- Working in experience in multi team environment
- Application monitoring and support
- Handling / notifying application / network issues
- Able to categories issues / tickets and reach out to needed team members quickly
- Reporting skills to provide daily / weekly / monthly reports and highlighting any issues to next levels
- Good English and Hindi communication skills and good inter-personnel skills.
- Articulate and writing skills
- Desirable : MySQL / SQL Database, cloud platform, any programming knowledge such as .Net etc.
Education :
Graduate : B.Tech / B.E. preferably Comp / IT graduate, BCA, B.Sc. (IT)
Experience : 1 to 2 years' experience working in support / developer role.
Key Skills :
OS - Windows, Linux, CloudDB - MySQL / SQLLanguages - .Net, Java or any programming language knowledge will be added advantage(ref : hirist.tech)
