Area Operations Manager – Cafes (Bangalore)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Area Operations Manager with a background in managing coffee chains / QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple café locations across Bangalore, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong staff performance, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations Management : Oversee daily operations across multiple café outlets in Bangalore, ensuring brand SOPs are followed.
• Staff Hiring & Training : Recruit, train, and manage café staff (baristas, supervisors, support staff) to maintain service standards.
• Inventory & Supply Chain : Monitor stock levels, manage vendor coordination, and ensure efficient inventory usage to minimise wastage.
• Store Audits : Conduct regular audits of cafes (hygiene, quality, compliance, customer service, and cash handling).
• Reporting : Prepare operational reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas of improvement.
• Travel : Frequent travel across Bangalore outlets to monitor and support store teams.
