Are you passionate about driving commercial excellence in a high-growth tech environment? We’re looking for a Manager – Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore , where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and enabling scalable growth.
🔍 What We’re Looking For :
- 4–6 years of experience in management consulting , revenue / sales operations , or similar roles—ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- [Preferred] Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of GTM workflows
- Experience with incentive / commission design , forecasting , and territory management
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and collaborate across teams
🧩 What You’ll Do :
Set and manage sales targets , design incentive schemes , and ensure timely payoutsOptimize sales territories and GTM workflows using tools like Salesforce , ZoomInfo , and ClayMonitor key revenue and productivity metrics and deliver actionable insightsBuild and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performanceLead system improvements and pilot AI-native tools in collaboration with cross-functional teamsEnsure data integrity and support executive reviews with high-impact analytics📍 Location : Bangalore
