Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage service, and leading the sales efforts. Additional responsibilities include team management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Sales skills for driving retail success
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage
