What will you do
Own a Key Metric : Take full responsibility for improving one core operational KPI across all restaurants.
Solve On-Ground Problems : Visit restaurants regularly to understand challenges firsthand and design practical solutions.
Use Data to Drive Action : Track performance, identify patterns, and use data to push meaningful changes.
Work with Teams, Not in Silos : Collaborate with restaurant staff, area managers, and central teams to roll out improvements.
Standardize Best Practices : Turn high-performing practices into simple SOPs and ensure they are followed across locations.
Run Pilots and Scale Fast : Test new ideas in a few stores, measure results, and roll out successful ones at scale.
Train for Execution : Support training teams to build capability at the store level for consistent execution.
Keep Raising the Bar : Push for better ways of working and never settle for 'this is how its always been done.'
