Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager or Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Manager or Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, handling customer service issues, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires effective communication and leadership to drive the success of the store.
