The Role : Global Business Development

As an Exceptional Sales Professional, you will be responsible for full-cycle business development , from initial market research and lead generation to contract negotiation and successful partnership launch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Client Acquisition : Proactively identify, target, and secure direct clients (end-user companies) and implementation partners (consulting / systems integration firms) across the specified international regions.
  • Sector Focus : Develop and execute sales strategies specifically tailored to secure hiring mandates within Infrastructure, AI, Semiconductor, SAP, Oracle D365, and Engineering .
  • Market Penetration : Lead market entry and expansion efforts in the UK, EU, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia , understanding the nuances and competitive landscape of each region.
  • Consultative Selling : Act as a subject matter expert, presenting our recruitment services and value proposition in a highly professional and consultative manner.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or specific contract agreements.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our internal delivery and resourcing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Sales Expertise (Required) : Minimum of 5 years of successful business development experience in the recruitment or staffing industry with a verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Global Market Experience (Highly Preferred) : Previous experience selling recruitment solutions across multiple international markets, particularly within the target regions (UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
  • Deep Sector Knowledge (Essential) : Demonstrated understanding of the technologies, roles, and hiring challenges within at least three of the following domains : Infrastructure, AI, Semiconductor, SAP, Oracle D365, or Engineering .
  • Hunter Mentality : A relentless, self-starter attitude with a strong drive to generate new business, cold call, network, and close deals independently.
  • Exceptional Communication : World-class presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills suitable for engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Technological Proficiency : Comfortable utilizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and various digital tools for lead generation and pipeline management.
