Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director – IT Solutions to lead and grow our U.S. business pipeline from India. This role requires a strong background in B2B IT sales , exceptional relationship-building skills, and deep knowledge of technology solution selling.
The candidate will operate in U.S. EST hours , targeting SMB and mid-market clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for U.S. clients across all solution areas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with delivery and marketing teams for proposals and solution demos.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT Solution Sales (U.S. market exposure preferred).
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Digital services.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
