Description
We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare and send invoices and statements to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills Required
