Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AR Calling Executive for the US Shift in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the collection process.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with customers to resolve any outstanding issues or disputes
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the collection process
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets set by management
Document and report on customer payment statuses and trends

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with accounting software and CRM systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
