Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable aging reports
• Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding invoices
• Prepare and send account statements to clients
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payments
• Negotiate payment plans with clients as necessary
• Report on account status and collection efforts to management
