Job description

We are hiring experienced AR Callers specializing in Denial Management for our medical billing operations in the US Healthcare Industry. This is an international voice-only role for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong background in managing claim rejections. We are looking for immediate joiners who are committed to ensuring quality standards and efficient claim resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review work orders thoroughly.
  • Follow up with insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
  • Receive payment information when claims have been processed.
  • Analyze claims in case of rejections and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure all deliverables consistently adhere to quality standards .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in AR Calling , with a specific focus on Denial Management , is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for international voice processes.

  • Shift : Ability to work in the night shift (US shift) .
  • Work Schedule : 5 days work with fixed weekend offs .
  • Transportation : Cab provided for both pick-up and drop-off.
  • Location : The job is based in Chennai, and candidates from anywhere in Tamil Nadu can apply.
