Role Description

This is a contract onsite role for a CATI Researcher (Primary Research). The CATI Researcher will be responsible for conducting computer-assisted telephone interviews with respondents to gather accurate and relevant primary research data. Daily tasks include designing survey questionnaires, conducting interviews, recording responses, ensuring data quality, and analyzing data for insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting telephone interviews and primary research
• Strong skills in survey design and questionnaire formulation
• Excellent data recording, data quality assurance, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in using CATI systems and tools
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Market Research, Sociology, Communications, or related field
• Experience in educational research or related industry is a plus
