About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance ForgeRock Trainer to deliver professional training on ForgeRock Identity Platform , including Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG) . The trainer will design customized training programs, provide real-world use cases, and ensure hands-on practical exposure for participants.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end training on the ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, IG).

Design and prepare training materials, labs, and real-time case studies .

Provide in-depth knowledge on user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, and MFA .

Guide participants on policy configuration, access governance, and integration best practices .

Conduct interactive workshops, Q&A sessions, and assessments .

Offer post-training support and documentation .

Required Skills

✅ Strong expertise in ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and IG

✅ Hands-on experience in Identity Lifecycle, SSO, Federation, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA

✅ Proficiency in Java, Groovy, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting languages

✅ Knowledge of Directory services, LDAP, AD, and Cloud identity integrations

✅ Experience in IGA, RBAC, ABAC, and Governance frameworks

✅ Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills
