Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Configuration : Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations while following best practices.
• Scripting and Development : Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other scripting languages to implement functionality and platform enhancements.
• Integration : Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, Spokes, and middleware technologies.
• Data Management : Manage CMDB data, including imports, exports, and transformations.
• User Interface Enhancement : Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for an intuitive user experience.
• Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
• Deployment and Support : Support deployment of ServiceNow solutions, environment migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends; identify opportunities for process optimization.
