Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, based in DADAR MUMBAI. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents. Key tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, conducting regular meetings, and providing support to agents to achieve sales goals. The role also involves coordinating with regional offices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working towards the growth of the agency network.
