Asst. ManagerDy Manager – CRM & O&M

Candidate shall manage all the assets under management of IBV India at RJ GJ & CG Cluster and ensure the plant performance by managing Contractors and also ensure customer satisfaction in line with Agreement.

Perform following functions including but not limited to :

CRM : -

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customers in all operational site of RJCG and GJ.
• Monthly Meeting with Customers to understand their requirement and taking to the closer within stipulated timeline in coordination with different Stakeholders.
• Coordinating with operational site managers and respective DISOMS for getting monthly customer JMR Invoice Submission and billing adjustment.
• Preparation of Weekly Monthly and Quarterly report for customers.
• Submission of Annual Generation Report as per O&M agreement to all Customers.
• Coordinating with customer and insurance company for all insurance claim settlement.
• Timely coordinating with accounts team to raise O&M Invoice and collection of payments from customers as per O&M agreements.
