Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM ecosystem across ecommerce and SaaS platforms. This role will be critical in driving customer lifecycle strategies, ensuring seamless integrations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRM systems including Zoho (mandatory) , Freshsales, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
- Ensure smooth integrations between CRM and ecommerce platforms, WhatsApp communication tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Design and maintain clean, scalable customer lifecycle workflows, ensuring CRM data hygiene and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to deliver actionable CRM insights and improve customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing CRM systems, with mandatory expertise in Zoho CRM .Proven technical understanding of SaaS-based tools and ecommerce integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical CRM workflows.Skills Required
