Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Head to lead all aspects of our marketing efforts. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in B2B marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies : Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead all aspects of digital marketing :
- SEO / SEM : Manage SEO / SEM campaigns, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and budget allocation.
- Social Media Marketing : Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Content Marketing : Create and curate high-quality content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars) to attract and engage target audiences.
- Email Marketing : Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Website Optimization : Improve website traffic and conversion rates through user experience enhancements and SEO optimizations.
- Brand Management :
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Market Research & Analysis :
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Track key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates, ROI) and analyze data to optimize campaigns.
- Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including content writers, social media managers, and marketing coordinators.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Budget Management :
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and track marketing budgets and ROI for all campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.13+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Skills Required
