Hiring for one of the leading Finanacial Services

Role : Sales Manager (Home Loans OR Loan Against Property (LAP))

Experience : 4 to 7 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Ameerpet)

Job Overview :

We are looking for dynamic professionals for the role of Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager who have hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Home Loan (HL) in the Prime Segment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle sales through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
  • Drive business growth in LAP / HL products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in LAP or HL sales (Prime segment preferred).
  • Must have worked with Banks or NBFCs.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
