Role Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Head – Temporary Staffing to build, lead, and scale our Temp Staffing vertical as a standalone business unit . This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with complete ownership of business development, operations, and profitability .

Key Expectations :

• Build & Establish : Set up the Temp Staffing vertical, including processes, systems, and team.
• Business Development : Acquire new clients, grow the client base, and expand service offerings.
• P&L Ownership : Drive revenue growth, ensure cost efficiency, and run the vertical as a profit center.
• Operational Leadership : Oversee payroll, compliance, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Strategic Growth : Continuously innovate and scale the vertical into a leading business line for the company.
