We are looking for a Business Head – Home Trials to spearhead this vertical and scale it into a robust, profitable business line
Role Description
The Business Head – Home Trials will be responsible for owning the P&L, driving growth, and building operational excellence in this vertical. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, people management, and an ability to create systems that deliver exceptional customer experience at scale.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the Home Trials vertical P&L (revenue, costs, profitability).
- Define and drive business growth strategies, expansion into new cities, and customer acquisition plans.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance; ensure profitability and sustainable scaling.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of professional hairstylists across locations.
- Design and execute robust hiring, training, and performance frameworks.
- Build incentive structures to drive excellence in customer service and sales conversions.
- Create and standardize SOPs for every stage of the home trial journey.
- Ensure flawless on-ground execution with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.
- Streamline logistics, scheduling, and CRM for smooth operations
- Drive the development and deployment of tech solutions to simplify booking, scheduling, and feedback systems.
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to build tools that enhance the stylist and customer experience.
- Constantly innovate the customer journey to deliver a top-notch, premium, and personalized service .
- Develop structured training programs for stylists covering product knowledge, service etiquette, and sales skills.
- Implement continuous learning initiatives to upgrade stylist expertise and ensure industry-best service delivery.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM preferred; strong academic background.8–12 years of experience in business leadership, operations, or P&L ownership roles.Experience in consumer services, beauty, salon or last-mile home services is highly preferred.Strong people management skills with experience handling 50+ field staff.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think scale, efficiency, and innovation simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.What we offer
