About the Role :
Neeyamo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to lead and grow our
global sales team for pre-employment background screening services. The ideal candidate
will bring strong leadership, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and the ability to guide
a high-performing team towards ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals covering global markets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed team revenue
targets (USD 3 million annually).
Support the team in complex sales pursuits, including direct client engagement.Mentor, coach, and train team members in sales execution and strategy.Conduct impactful presentations and communicate effectively with C-suiteexecutives.
Manage and respond to RFPs and formal procurement processes.Leverage CRM tools and other sales platforms to track performance and pipeline.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success andsatisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience :
MBA preferred.5–10 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, preferably in Human CapitalManagement (HCM) or Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO).
Proven experience working with global clients and international markets.Skills & Competencies :
Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.Compensation & Incentives :
