Business Development Executive (US Market) — Onsite Only

Role Overview
We’re hiring Business Development Executives to drive top-of-funnel growth and conversions for our training & placement programs in the US market. You’ll own the full BD cycle—prospecting, partnerships, and revenue by sourcing high-intent candidates, nurturing them through consultative selling, and closing enrollments with clear ROI storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Market Outreach (US) : Generate pipelines via cold / warm calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp; run targeted list-building for high-fit candidate segments (STEM grads, OPT / CPT, H-1B seekers, early-career professionals).
- Partnerships : Build feeder channels—universities, student clubs, consultancies, influencers, and community groups—creating repeatable lead sources.
- Consultative Selling : Diagnose candidate goals, map them to programs, explain pricing / EMI plans, and handle objections with credibility and urgency.
- Demo & Closures : Schedule Zoom consults, run compelling walkthroughs, share e-sign proposals, negotiate, and close.
- Funnel Ownership : Maintain clean CRM hygiene (preferably Salesforce), track stages, and publish daily / weekly MIS with clear actions.
- Handoffs : Coordinate with Onboarding & Training teams for seamless post-sale transitions and experience.
- Targets & KPIs : Hit weekly lead creation, show-ups, conversion %, and monthly revenue goals; continuously A / B test messaging and channels.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Freshers welcome; 1–3 years in BD / inside sales / edtech / staffing / IT services is a plus.Excellent spoken & written English; confident on calls and Zoom.Proven sales mindset—active listening, objection handling, value articulation, and deal navigation.Hustle + ownership in a night-shift, target-driven environment.Familiarity with Salesforce / CRM, Google Sheets / Excel, LinkedIn, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.Bonus : Experience with US education / employment ecosystem (OPT / CPT, H-1B, STEM grads) or campus / affiliate partnerships.What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
