Key Responsibilities :

Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.

Generate qualified leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.

Maintain and manage a sales pipeline in CRM with timely follow-ups.

Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).

Experience Required :

2–4 years in sales / business development within outsourcing or professional services.

Prior experience in fast-growing outsourcing companies is preferred.
