About the Team

The Ads team at Navi is responsible for delivering personalised and contextually relevant advertisements to customers within the app. By leveraging user insights and data-driven targeting, the team ensures ads feel like a natural and helpful part of the customer journey, ultimately driving both user satisfaction and incremental revenue for the business.

What We Expect From You

  • Account Management : Work with the business head to manage partner relationships, and day to day operations for partners.
  • Reporting : Share regular status updates, dashboards, and trackers with leadership & cross org teams to show progress and highlight gaps.
  • Launch New Partners : Facilitate, set up, and provide operational support for new ad partners, setting them up for success on the Navi platform.
  • Program Management : Work with internal teams (inc finance, product, analytics and marketing) to help drive business operations for partners.
  • Manage Escalations : Act as the L2 for all partner escalations. Flag delays or issues to the right stakeholders with suggested next steps or alternate plans.
  • Process Management : Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies in day to day business by working closely with internal / external teams.

Must Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations / business / growth roles, preferably in the consumer tech space.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Gsheets are P0, good to have- SQL).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross org & external stakeholders to set up & streamline processes.
