Role Description

The company is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our domestic & International IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics). You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email, and Cold Calling to generate leads, nurture prospects, schedule appointments, and build a steady pipeline for the sales team.

To Identify and qualify potential clients in international markets to sell our IT Services.

• Execute targeted outreach via(either or all methods) cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn navigators, and outreach.
• Schedule appointments for the qualifi ed leads.
• Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Report lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Work on monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation. .
• Joining : Immediate to 30 days (urgent requirement)
• Experience : 2–7 years

• Experience scheduling qualifi ed appointments for the sales team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
