Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow
  • Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage, etc.
  • Assist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software, and help train employees on its usage.
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must have at least 2+ years. of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and JIRA will be beneficial.
  • Experience in procurement and asset register maintenance is a must-have.
  • Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.
  • Industry certifications and memberships are a plus.
