Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on industries, competitors, and emerging technology trends (SaaS, AI, AR / VR, Cloud, and Project Management tools).
  • Map key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers for targeted outreach.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and areas where our technology solutions can create business value.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and professional forums.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and strategically manage outbound prospecting to ensure a strong and balanced sales funnel.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize outreach and increase conversion rates.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build meaningful connections with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders.
  • Understand client challenges, pain points, and strategic objectives to align them with relevant solutions.
  • Act as a trusted partner by adopting a consultative sales approach.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Provide clear, actionable forecasts and progress updates to leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make process improvements.
  • Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work closely with marketing teams to design impactful outreach campaigns and improve messaging based on real-time client feedback.
  • Partner with product teams to share customer insights and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as business strategy development and go-to-market execution.
  • What Were Looking For

    Professional Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle CXO-level conversations.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, AR / VR, cloud solutions, or enterprise project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution-oriented discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality, market data, and campaign effectiveness.
