About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Influencer Content Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of our micro-influencer and UGC partnerships.
Your primary mission : ensure our marketing team never runs out of fresh, authentic content to test in our PPC campaigns and post organically across our social channels. You'll thrive in this role if you're energized by managing multiple concurrent projects, understand that volume and variety of content drives performance marketing success, and can balance relationship-building with systematic execution to keep our creative pipeline flowing.
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1 : Establish a steady flow of 10-20 pieces of raw UGC content per week across our brand portfolio
- Month 3 : Maintain a pipeline that helps the team deliver 30+ usable content pieces weekly to fuel our PPC testing and organic content calendar
- Month 6 : Scale to 30+ weekly content pieces from a diverse creator base, ensuring we never run short of fresh creative for ad testing and social media
Key Responsibilities
Creator Pipeline Management
Research and identify aligned micro-influencers (1K–20K followers) on TikTok who genuinely love pets and align with our brand valuesExecute strategic outreach while personalizing for higher response ratesTrack all outreach metrics and creator lifecycle stages in a project management systemsSeamless Creator Onboarding
Guide creators through signing collaboration agreements and ensure 100% complianceCoordinate product selection and shipping logistics with our fulfillment teamCreate exceptional first impressions that lead to long-term creator relationshipsContent Strategy & Quality Control
Conduct briefing calls to communicate brand voice, key messaging, and content expectations specific to each product / brandServe as primary creator liaison throughout the content creation processPerform quality assessments on raw footage before handoff to post-production teamOperations Excellence
Maintain organized content filing systems in Google Drive with clear naming conventionsProvide weekly pipeline reports and creator performance insightsContinuously optimize workflows for scalability and creator satisfactionWhat You Bring Required Experience
1-2+ years managing creator relationships, UGC campaigns, or content partnerships (agency or in-house)Proven track record with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystemsExperience with influencer agreements and collaboration workflowsStrong project management skills with multiple concurrent workstreamsCore Skills
