Olga Resorts is looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in / check-out experiences, handling guest queries, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout the guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate guest records and update booking systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Promote resort services and local attractions
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and organized
- Maintain cash register and billing operations accurately
