Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven leader to take on the role of AD / Director / VP - Business & Brand, focusing on user engagement, marketing, and retention for our esteemed clients. This high-impact leadership role will define the vision, build scalable strategies, and lead execution to enhance customer lifecycle value across digital B2C products.
You will be responsible for building and scaling a centralized campaign operations team, leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver personalized, timely, and data-driven engagement initiatives. Your work will directly influence retention metrics, user satisfaction, and brand loyalty, ultimately driving long-term growth and a vibrant customer community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the vision and roadmap for user engagement and retention strategy across the customer lifecycle.
- Own the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns, CRM strategies, push notifications, emails, in-app messaging, and loyalty programs.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing campaign operations team, establishing best practices and workflows.
- Leverage data analytics to identify user behaviors, segment audiences, and drive targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive communication and consistent brand messaging.
- Foster and grow an active user community, encouraging long-term engagement and advocacy.
Required Qualifications :
