Assistant Vice President Program Manager (Data Engineering & Cloud Platforms)

Experience : 13+ years

Location : the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead / Program Manager to drive large-scale Data Engineering and Cloud Platform programs.

The role involves managing complex enterprise ecosystems, leading teams, ensuring governance, and enabling innovation through data and AI.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data engineering and cloud programs.
  • Manage complex data ecosystems including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics.
  • Oversee solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP with focus on optimization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors for seamless integration and delivery.
  • Guide and mentor teams, while engaging stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI program management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale ecosystems and enterprise data platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery; knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI is a plus.
  • Strong program management skills with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project.
  • Technical knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Python, Spark / Kafka, DBT, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
