About the Opportunity

Invoria Global Solutions (IGS) is empaneled with one of our prestigious clients in the e-commerce and retail sector to support their Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions' business expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Business Head who can lead large-scale operations, drive profitability, and spearhead growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem, and proven expertise in managing distributed teams and end-to-end regional operations.

About the Role

As the Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for the complete P&L ownership, operational excellence, and business scalability within your assigned geography. This leadership role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on operational management to deliver high service quality and sustainable growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations across the assigned region, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Take full ownership of the P&L and financial health of the region.
• Plan and execute business expansion, scaling strategies, and manpower budgeting.
• Lead strategic initiatives for business diversification and market penetration.
• Increase brand visibility and market share within the region through innovative operational and marketing strategies.
• Manage and inspire a large workforce of 5000+ employees, including blue- and white-collar staff.
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through training, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Ensure operational metrics such as on-time delivery, fill rate, and inventory accuracy are consistently met.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels within warehouses to achieve maximum order fulfillment.
• Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing service-related issues promptly.
