• Ensure that the team achieves its sourcing and onboarding targets effectively.
• Collaborate with recruiters to source potential panel members using various tools.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of panel members into our system.
• Leverage technical expertise to identify candidates with relevant skills and industry experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded panel members.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure that provided panels meet high-quality standards.
