Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Overview :

Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Overseeing the company-wide Onboarding process and orientation of new employees.
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
Preferred candidate profile :
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field6-10 years of proven working experience as HR managerIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Knowledge of HR systems and databases (preferably ZOHO)Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.(ref : iimjobs.com)
