General Profile :

As Applied Materials transitions into its new 16-floor tower in ITPL we are expanding our leadership support team. We are hiring an experienced program manager to support the Office of the President and COO. This high-impact role focuses on operational execution program management support and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presence and communication skills exceptional organizational capabilities a clear understanding of executive priorities ability to manage complex schedules& coordinate global visits.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Project Management

  • Support operational and program management priorities from the executives office
  • Organize and manage external events and visits by overseas senior executives
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and internal / external stakeholders
  • Support internal and external communications in collaboration with the branding and communications team
  • Build trusted relationships across teams and geographies
  • Leadership Communications

  • Prepare high-quality presentations reports and briefing materials for executive-level meetings
  • Assist in crafting messaging and narratives for leadership communications
  • Executive Calendar & Travel Management

  • Manage complex dynamic calendars (virtual & in-person)
  • Coordinate global travel including visas itineraries accommodations and logistics
  • Liaise with global assistants to align schedules and priorities
  • Meeting Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Set clear agendas distribute in advance and capture key decisions / action items
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution
  • Expense & Budget Management

  • Manage expense claims verify submissions and maintain accurate records
  • Support budget evaluations and approvals
  • Confidential Executive Support

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Act as a trusted advisor and operational anchor for the executive office
  • Additional Skills

  • Strong program management capabilities
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience - 8 to 15 Years
